Detailed Tour Plan

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport where the vehicle will be waiting at the arrivals and the office personnel / driver will be there with a pla card ready. Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal. Kathmandu is the center of Nepal’s history, art, culture and economy. It has a multiethnic population within a Hindu and Buddhist Majority.

Drive to the hotel. Check – in and have the rest of the evening for leisure.

One can go for local shopping / casinos / local Nepali folk dance / etc.

Day 02: Kathmandu

Sightseeing to Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Patan Durbar Square and Swayambunath.

(Duration of the sightseeing will be about 7 hours approx. )

After breakfast, you will leave for sightseeing.

You will be taken to Pashupatinath Temple first. Pashupatinath Temple is one of the oldest Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Shiva and is listed as one of the World Heritage Sites. The main temple is built in the Nepalese Pagoda style architecture. It has four main doors all covered with silver sheets. There is a main idol in the center of the four gates and only four priests are allowed to touch the idol. Cremation at Pashupatinath is of spiritual experience where individual physical essence is released from its physical form, allowing it to be reborn.

You will then continue to Boudhanath Stupa. Standing more than 120 feet tall Boudhanath is also amongst the tallest Stupa in Asia. Boudhanath is the heart of Tibetian Buddhism in Nepal. On each side of the rectangular top of this stupa, there is a pair of eyes. These eyes reflect the awareness of Lord Buddha upon all of the people.

A UNESCO world heritage site, Patan City, known as Lalitpur and the ‘The Beautiful City’, was once home to kings who resided in luxurious palaces in Durbar Square. The Ashoka Stupa, with enigmatic painted eyes, is the most inspiring of the four stupas in Patan and the Mahabuddha, the Temple of the Thousand Buddhas, teems with terracotta Buddhist representations.

The Swayambhunath Stupa is one of the crowning glories of Kathmandu Valley architecture. The entire structure of the stupa is deeply symbolic: the white dome represents the earth, while the 13-tiered, tower-like structure at the top symbolises the 13 stages to nirvana.

After completing the sightseeing, drive back to the hotel.

Day 03 – Kathmandu / Pokhara By Flight which takes 30 mins approx. (Take out the ACAP permit for visiting Jomsom. ACAP office is closed on Saturdays and public holidays )

Drop to the domestic airport in Kathmandu to board a flight to Pokhara. Pokhara is 210 kms from Kathmandu. By flight it just takes 30 mins to reach Pokhara.

From Pokhara town (2,352 feet) in good weather there are splendid views right from the hotel.

Upon arrival, you will be picked up and transferred to the hotel.

Later this afternoon you will visit Bindebasini Temple. This is one of the oldest temples in Pokhara & was a part of Kaski Kingdom, the main deity of the temple, Goddess Durga, was brought from India . Apart from the peace and tranquility that can be felt in this region, the premises of the temple offers a good view of the Himalaya on a clear day. The temple is in the area of the bazaar, hence, a journey of the old bazaar can be combined with a visit to the temple. Sightseeing to Devi’s fall, also known as Patale Chango is an awesome waterfall lying 2 km southwest of Pokhara. During summer and rainy season, the waterfall takes its real form, with gushing water splashing and making its way through the rocks. Just opposite of Devi’s fall, on the other side of the road, there is Gupteshwor Cave. This cave is popular for the different natural forms made from limestone deposits. Photography is strictly prohibited inside the cave. Overnight at hotel. (The above sightseeing is for a maximum of 03 hours after the vehicle reports at the hotel)

Day 04 –Pokhara / Jomsom By Flight which takes 20 mins approx.

Fly to Jomsom and walk to the hotel which is 5 mins from the airport. Porters will be sent from the hotel to pick up your luggage. Jomsom is an extremely remote area. It is a small village in the Mountains. People mostly visit this place for Muktinath visit / trekking. Only small 18 seater aircrafts operate for this sector. The luggage allowed is 10 kgs per person. The clients can store their luggage at the hotel in Pokhara.The accommodation available here is also very basic. There aren’t any star hotels. They are basic lodge available with attached washrooms. They have common hot water geysers on all floors.

Darshan of Muktinath temple.

One has to walk to the jeep stand to take the jeep for Muktinath visit. Earlier there was no road to travel to Muktinath. It was a trekkers route only whereby one had to walk to Muktinath from Jomsom. Now there is a raw road / dirt road where by jeeps / taxis can drive to Muktinath. You will have to walk up to the jeep stand which takes 10-15 mins approx. to drive to Muktinath. The road drives parallel to the “ Kali Gandaki” river which is famous for collecting Saligrams. Collecting Saligram totally depends on individual’s luck. The ride is bumpy throughout. You get to see breathtaking views of the Himalayas. Once you reach Muktinath, the walk from the base to the temple is another 15 mins. Ponys / Bikes are available if one cannot walk up on direct payment basis. Darshan of the Muktinath Temple on your own which is famous Lord Bishnu’s Temple. There are 108 sacred taps where people would take shower and then dip into two condos “Paap” and “Punya”. After completing the Darshan, drive back to Jomsom following the same route. The total time take to do this Darshan from Jomsom is approx. 4 hours.

Evening free for relaxation.

Day 05 – Jomsom / Pokhara By Flight which takes 20 mins approx.

Fly back to Pokhara and transfer to Hotel.

You will walk to the domestic airport in Jomsom to board a flight for Pokhara.

At Pokhara airport, the vehicle will pick you up and transfer to the Hotel.

This day will be completely free in Pokhara for relaxation. One has the option of doing the adventure activities such the paragliding, bungy jump, swing, Ultralight Aircraft, etc.

Day 06 – Pokhara / Kathmandu By Flight which takes 30 mins approx

Fly back to Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

Rest of the day will be free on own at leisure.

Day 07 – Kathmandu / Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. Depending on your flight departure time, you will be driven to the international airport connecting flight for onward journey. The reporting time at the airport will be 3 hours prior to the departure time. Return home with beautiful memories.

Hand-phone SIM card: Upon arrival in Kathmandu at the international airport, also known as “Tribhuwan International Airport”. There are two telephone companies called “NCell & NTC (Nepal Telecommunication)” after you have collected your luggage. Each of them has a Stall. There will be a requirement for one passport-sized photo and a copy of the passport. A Sim can be purchased. On average, activation takes 10 minutes.

# ACAP permit

# ACAP permit is required to visit Jomsom for which the cost is Inr. 1000 per person. Clients will be required to go to the ACAP office, fill up a form, submit a photograph and copy of the identification to get the permit. This can be done either in Kathmandu or Pokhara. Since the ACAP office is a government office, it is closed on Saturdays which is a weekend for Nepal & during public holidays.

# There are no luxurious properties in Jomsom. The hotels are basic lodges with neat and clean rooms and basic facilities. The clients must be aware of this and not to expect any kind of luxury at this place. Temperatures range from 6 to 16 degrees centigrade, so pack accordingly.

This morning you will go for a excursion trip to Sarangkot. Sarangkot is the most popular tourist destination from where the tourists can enjoy the great view of the Pokhara Valley and the magnificent view of the Himalayas. Sarangkot is only 13 kms from Lake Side, Pokhara. It is the highest viewpoint for a sunrise at an altitude of 1592mtsh. It is cooler than Pokhara. Can be reached easily within

45 to 60 minutes by a vehicle from Pokhara. Many tourists come to Sarangkot for sunrise.

From Sarangkot, on the northern direction we can see Dhaulagiri in the far west. Annapurna range is visible when the weather is clear on the same side. On the southern direction the village overlooks the city of Pokhara and its lake on the north-western outskirts of the city. Drive back to Kathmandu taking the same path. Continue drive to Nagarkot which is another 35 kms from Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel. Nagarkot is at an altitude of 2175 m and it takes approx. 1.5 hours to reach Nagarkot from Kathmandu. It is an uphill drive. It is a village in central Nepal, at the rim of the Kathmandu Valley. It’s known for its views of the Himalayas, including Mount Everest to the northeast, which are especially striking at sunrise and sunset. The surrounding scrubland is laced with trails and home to many butterflies.

Day 06 : Nagarkot / Airport ( 35 kms and 1.5 hours drive )

After breakfast, check out from the hotel in Nagarkot. Drive straight to the international airport to board a flight for onward journey. Depending on your flight departure time, you will be driven to the international airport. The reporting time at the airport will be 3 hours prior to the departure time. Return home with beautiful memories.

DAY 01 ARRIVAL DELHI BY INTL FLIGHT

Today you will arrive in the at Delhi’s International Airport.

Following customs, immigration formalities and baggage collection, a representative will meet you as you exit the arrival terminal building and will escort you to coach Parking where you will be welcomed with floral garlands which is considered auspicious and a mark of respect to our guest here in India. After ceremonial welcome you will be transferred to your hotel (Check-in time is 1200 noon and early check-in would be subject to availability)

DAY 03 DHARAMSHALA

After breakfast at the hotel, you will today proceed for sightseeing tour of Dharamshala/MCloadganj

You will visit Namgyal Monastery, overlooking the mountain ranges of Dhauladhar, the Namgyal Monastery is situated within the Tsuglagkhang complex. This complex also is the proud home to the residence of Dalai Lama, among various other shrines, temples, bookstores, souvenir shops etc.

The residence of the spiritual leader is out of bounds for tourists but the other parts of the complex are wonderful and must be visited by all tourists.

Tsuglagkhang is the place where the Dalai Lama resides. It is one of the most significant places of worship which attracts devotees from all over the world and serves tourists as well. This complex has a monastery, various stupas and temples, a museum, a library, a bookstore and a cafe. Except for Dalai Lama’s residence, every other part of the complex is open for tourists. If lucky, one can even get to meet His Holiness. The complex houses a beautiful statue of Lord Buddha as well as statues of Chenrezig and Guru Rinpoche.

The museum inside the complex tends to be a popular choice amongst the tourists and houses many imprints of Tibetan art and culture. These include history documents, pottery, handicrafts, paintings etc. The museum gives tourists an insight into Tibetan culture and at the same time, the various struggles faced by them lately. The structure of the Tibet Museum is influenced by Tibetan architecture which is unique and innovative

After visit, you will walk through streets where you can buy number of Buddhist and Tibetan sovereigns, and collectibles in Mcleodganj. You can shop for Tibetan carpets, Thangka paintings, jewellery, artifacts, handicrafts, books on Tibet and more.

You will later visit Bhagsunath temple, surrounded by beautiful pools and lush greenery, this temple is located at a height of 1770m above sea level and attracts a huge number of devotees and tourists throughout the year. The hot spring pools around this temple are believed to be sacred and contain miraculous powers of healing. The temple was built by King Bhagsu and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Also make a short trek to Bhagsu waterfall, which is also a picturisque point for all toursits.

DAY 04 DHARAMSHALA

After breakfast at the hotel, you will today proceed to famous Baijnath Temple and Mahakal temple. (45 Kms/01 Hour)

The Baijnath temple has been continuously under worship ever since its construction in 1204 A.D. by two local merchants named Ahuka and Manyuka. The two long inscriptions in the porch of the temple indicate that a temple of Siva existed on the spot even before the present one was constructed. The present temple is a beautiful example of the early medieval north Indian temple architecture known as Nagara style of temples. The Svayambhu form of Sivalinga is enshrined in the sanctum of the temple that has five projections on each side and is surmounted with a tall curvili near Shikhara. The entrance to sanctum is through a vestibule that has a large square Mandapa in front with two massive balconies one each in north and south.

There is a small porch in front of the mandapa hall that rests on four pillars in the front preceded by an idol of Nandi, the bull, in a small pillared shrine. The whole temple is enclosed by a high wall with entrances in the south and north. The outer walls of the temple have several niches with images of gods and goddesses. Numerous images are also fixed or carved in the walls. The outer doorway in the porch as also the inner doorway leading to the sanctum of the temple are also studded with a large number of images of great beauty and iconographic importance. Some of them are very rare to be found elsewhere.

Besides this temple there are other ancient shrines in and around the place such as Mahakala temple complex that has recently been renovated, the Sidhanath temple, Mukutanath temple etc. Besides the serene surroundings and salubrious climate of middle range hills of Baijnath, tourists interested in adventure can also enjoy paragliding at nearby (about 10 km) Bir and go for trekking in the region.

Also visit Bajreshwari Devi Temple is a popular Hindu pilgrimage site in Kangra. It is said to be constructed by Goddess Bajreshwari itself at a place where once the famous Ashwamedh or horse-sacrifice took place. It is said that the temple was not known as Bajreshwari Devi Temple when for the first time it was built. According to the history of this region, the temple was attacked by Mohammad Ghazni, the notorious invader and ruined in 1009. Later, the temple was reconstructed and reopened to the public in 1920. The temple of Bajreshwari Devi is one of the few remaining temples from glorious past of Kangra

DAY 05 PALAMPUR – AMRITSAR BY SURFACE

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be driven to Amritsar (245 Kms/06 hours)

The name Amritsar means ‘holy pool of nectar’ and the city was named for the pool around the famous Golden Temple: Amritsar is the spiritual and cultural centre of the Sikh religion. It is not surprising then that the main attractions of Amritsar are the temples, and that visitors come primarily to experience the spiritual potency of the city. The Golden Temple is considered one of the most beautiful places of worship in the world, and it is one of India’s top tourist attractions. Other wonderful temples in Amritsar popular with tourists include Harmandir Sahib (best visited at sunrise) and the Durgiana Temple. DAY 07 LEH

After breakfast, you will proceed for full day visit to Shey Palace,Thiksey Monastery, Stok Palace, Gurudwara, Magnetic Hill & Sangam (104 Kms/5-6 Hrs)

The Shey Monastery or Gompa and the Shey Palace complex are structures located on a hillock in Shey, 15 kilometres to the south of Leh in Ladakh. Shey was the summer capital of Ladakh in the past. The palace, mostly in ruins now, was built first in 1655, near Shey village, by the king of Ladakh, Deldan Namgyal, also known as Lhachen Palgyigon. It was used as a summer retreat by the kings of Ladakh.

Thiksay monastery is a gompa of Tibetan Buddhism religion. It is located on the top of the hill. It is very famous for its similarity with Potala Palace of Lhasa. This monastery is famous for pilgrim activities, architectural elements, sightseeing and exploration. Also visit Stok Palace, Gurudwara, Magnetic Hill and Sangam, return to your hotel after the tour.

After breakfast, leave for Pangong Lake (14,500 ft), through Changla Pass 17,350 ft. Arrive Pangong, it is the highest salt water Lake in the World, shared by two countries India & China.

Enjoy the beauty of the lake on the Banks of Pangong while appreciating the changing Colors and fascinating high altitude of the Lake. Evening return back to Leh.

After breakfast, drive towards the Nubra Valley highway and enjoy a full day excursion to Khardongla pass, the highest motorable pass in the world. The Khardhongla Pass offers its visitors with the view snow capped mountains.

After breakfast, you will visit various religious sites in Lumbini.

Lumbini is one of the ten world sites for religious pilgrimage and sole source of worlds one of the major religions–Buddhism and the source of world peace and prosperity, and no doubt one of the places to be visited in your lifetime. Lumbini, the birth place of Lord Buddha, is one of the most popular destinations for the worlds over one million Buddhists.

Some 2,600 years ago, approximately in 566 BC, Siddhartha Gautam was born in Lumbini while his mother Maya Devi was on her way to her maternal home for the delivery, the holy book also says that Maya Devi feeling the onset of labor pains, she grabbed the branches of a shade tree and gave birth to Lord Buddha then, Immediately after birth, the Buddha is said to have announced that it was his final rebirth and took seven steps, under each of which a lotus flower bloomed, Siddhartha Gautam, was prince of Shakya King, who said to have ruled in central Terai from their capital at Titaurakot, later on had attained the enlightenment, at which time he became Buddha, (released from the cycle of birth and death), the sole source of the world peace and prosperity.

The Lumbini arguably has been world most important historical site and therefore why UNESCO even listed Lumbini under the lists of world’s heritage sites in 1997, and equally, it has been also the source of the one of the world’s great religions and the centre of country’s most significant archeological discovery, dating back from the third century BC. But, the most important temple is the Maya Devi Temple, which enshrines the traditional site of the Buddhas birth.

Day 01 Airport – Negombo

Welcome & assist by Indus Trips, Transfer to Negombo. Negombo is a major city in Sri Lanka, located on the west coast of the island and at the mouth of the Negombo Lagoon, in Western Province, Sri Lanka.

Negombo is the fifth largest city in the country after the capital Colombo, Kandy, Jaffna and Galle, and it is the second largest city in Western province after Colombo. Negombo is also the administrative capital of Negombo Division. Overnight stay at hotel in Negombo.

Day 02 Negombo – Pinnawala – Kandy Travel Time 4 hrs.

After breakfast transfer to Kandy. En-route visit Pinnawala Elephant orphanage. The orphanage was created to protect abandoned and orphaned elephants. It has now grown into a popular elephant attraction in the country and with good reason, for no where else except at Pageants (processions) are you likely to see so many elephants at close quarters.

The elephants are controlled by their mahouts (keepers) who ensure they are fed at the right times and don’t endanger anyone but otherwise the elephants roam freely around the sanctuary area. There are many elephants in residence from babies to young adults. Among the attractions, you will be able to witness elephants being lead to a nearby river for bathing. You could also see the feeding of the baby elephants which is the highlight of the visit.

Day 03 Kandy

After breakfast transfer to visit Temple Of Tooth Relic in Kandy. Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of the Buddha (Sri Dalada Maligawa), which houses the most important Relic of the Buddhists in Sri Lanka. A gold canopy was erected some years ago over the roof of the shrine room where it is place.

Day 04 Kandy – Nuwara Eliya Travel Time – Approx. 2-3 hrs.

After breakfast transfer to Nuwara Eliya. En-route visit tea factory and tea plantation in Nuwara Eliya.

The ‘Little England’ of Sri Lanka, is set against beautiful backdrops of mountains, valleys, waterfalls and tea plantations and is 6,200 feet above sea level. In 1826 some British Officers out on shooting, chanced on Nuwara Eliya plains, and Sir Edward Barnes investigated on it. In 1828 a road was constructed over the ridge at Ramboda Pass and a station for convalescent soldiers was established.

It was Sir Samuel Baker who fell under the spell of Nuwara Eliya, brought hounds, horses, cattle, sheep etc. and started a typical English farm here. Flowers and vegetable were brought from England and planted. It is supposed to be one of the coldest places on the Island, but is really just like an England spring day although the temperature does drop at night. The Victoria Park, in the middle of the town, is a lovely place for a stroll or a picnic.

Day 05 Nuwara Eliya – Hakgala – Travel Time – Approx 6.5 hrs.

DAY 01 Arrive Paro – Thimphu (-/L/D)
The flight to Paro on a clear day is one of the most spectacular of all mountain flights. One can see Mt. Everest, Kanchenjunga, Makalu and other peaks in Bhutan such as Chomolhari, Jichu Drake and Tsering ghang. The first gift from Bhutan will be cool, clean fresh air as you step out of the aircraft. You will be received by our representative and transfer to Thimphu. On arrival in Thimphu, check into the hotel.

Afternoon, proceed to visit National Memorial Chorten: a monument for world peace and prosperity. The paintings and statues inside the monument provide a deep insight into Buddhist philosophy.

Later visit Tashichho Dzong (opens until 4 pm): This impressive fortress/monastery houses Secretariat building, the throne room of His Majesty, the King and various government offices. It is also the summer residence of Chief Abbot and central monk body.

Afterwards, drive to Buddha Point (Kuenselphodrang). You can pay your obeisance and offer prayers to the Buddha, the largest statue in the country and then walk around and take a glimpse of the valley. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02 Thimphu (B/L/D)

Morning after breakfast sightseeing visit National Library, which holds a vast collection of ancient Buddhist texts and manuscripts, some dating back several hundred years, as well as modern academic books mainly on Himalayan culture and religion: (Closed on Weekends).

Also visit nearby Institute for Zorig Chusum: Commonly known as Arts & Crafts School or Painting School (closed on Sat, Sun & Government Holidays), the Institute offers a six-year course on the 13 traditional arts and crafts of Bhutan. On a visit, one can see students learning the various skills taught at the school.

Textile Museum: With the opening of Textile Museum, Bhutanese textile have reached new heights as one of the most visible distinct art form. (Closed on Sundays).

In the afternoon in Thimphu visit Changangkha Lhakhang: It is a fortress like temple and monastic school perched on a ridge above Thimphu, south of Motithang. The temple was established in 12th century on a site chosen by Lama Phajo Drugom Shigpo, who came from Tibet. The central statue here is Chenrezig in a manifestation with 11 heads. From temple courtyard, there is fascinating view of Thimphu valley.

Takin Sanctuary: The Takin is the national animal of Bhutan, and looks like a cross between a cow and a goat. Legend has it that the animal was created by the great Buddhist yogi, Drupa Kunley, and it can be found only in Bhutan and nearby areas. Taxonomists place the animal in a category of its own as it is not similar enough to any other animal to fit established categories.

Then, visit the government-run Handicrafts Emporium and local crafts bazaar, to browse through example of Bhutan’s fine traditional arts. Here you can buy hand-woven textiles, thangka paintings, masks, ceramics, slate and wood carvings, jewelry, interesting items made from local materials.

Day 03 Thimphu – Punakha (B/L/D)

After breakfast drive up to Dochu-la pass (3,088m/ 10,130 ft) stopping briefly here to take in the view and admire the chorten, mani wall, and prayer flags which decorate the highest point on the road.

If skies are clear, the following peaks can be seen from this pass (left to right): Masagang (7,158m), Tsendagang (6,960m), Terigang (7,060m), Jejegangphugang (7,158 m ), Kangphugang (7,170 m ), Zongphugang (7, 060 m ), a table mountain that dominates the isolated region of Lunana – finally Gangkar puensum, the highest peak in Bhutan at 7,497m.

En route take a short excursion to Chimi Lhakhang : situated on a hillock in the centre of the valley, is dedicated to Lama Drukpa Kuenley, who in the late 15th century used humor, songs and outrageous behavior to dramatize his teachings and due to this also known as ‘Divine Madman’. This temple is also known as the temple of fertility. It is widely believed that couples who do not have children and wanting one, if they pray at this temple, they are usually blessed with a child very soon. It is about 30 minute walk across field from the road to the temple. The trail leads across rice fields to the tiny settlement of Pana, meaning ‘field’. It then follows a tiny stream downhill to Yoaka and across more fields before making a short climb to Chimi Lhakhang.

Later visit Punakha Dzong: Built strategically at the junction of Pho Chhu and Mo Chhu rivers in 1637 by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal to serve as the religious and administrative centre of the region, Punakha Dzong has played an important role in Bhutan’s history. Damaged by four catastrophic fires and an earthquake, the Dzong has been fully restored by the present King.

Day 04 Punakha / Paro (B/L/D)

Morning after breakfast drive to Paro: En-route visit Simtokha Dzong. This Dzong, built in 1627 is the oldest in Bhutan. It now houses the Institute for Language and Culture Studies.

In the afternoon in Paro visit Ta Dzong (CLOSED ON GOVT HOLIDAYS): once a watchtower, built to defend Rinpung Dzong during inter-valley wars of the 17th century, Ta Dzong was inaugurated as Bhutan’s National Museum in 1968. It holds fascinating collection of art, relics, religious thangkha paintings and Bhutan’s exquisite postage stamps. The museum circular shape augments its varied collection displayed over several floors.

Afterwards, walk down a hillside trail to visit Rinpung Dzong, which has a long and fascinating history. Built in 1646 by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal, the first spiritual and temporal ruler of Bhutan, the Dzong houses the monastic body of Paro, the office of the Dzongda (district administrative head) and Thrimpon (judge) of Paro district. The approach to the Dzong is through a traditional covered bridge called Nemi Zam. A walk through the bridge, over a stone inlaid path, offers a good view of the architectural wonder of the Dzong as well as life around it. Day 05: Paro (B/L/D)
Morning excursion to Taktsang Lhakhang (approx. 5 hrs. walking excursion): perched on the side of a cliff 900m above the Paro Valley floor, it is undoubtedly one of the most famous of Bhutan’s monasteries.

Lore has it that Guru Rinpoche arrived here on the back of a tigress and meditated at this monastery thus the name ‘Tiger’s Nest’. This site has been recognized as a most sacred place and visited by Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal in 1646 and now visited by all Bhutanese at least once in their lifetime. On 19 April, 1998, a fire severely damaged the main structure of building but now this Bhutanese jewel has been restored to its original splendor.
