General Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be notified in writing on the name of Indus Trips. and same is mailed at parveen@industrips.com. Cancellation fees are applied to the following time schedule:
Cancellation made prior to 91 days or more: 20% of the money deposited as advance or Euro/GBP/US$ 200 per person whichever is higher.
61 – 90 days: 30% of the total invoice
31 – 60 days: 50% of the total invoice
Less than 30 days: Full retention and will be treated as no show client.
In certain cases the cancellation policy (including conditions applicable on the advance deposit made/required for holding the reservation) may differ and would be applicable as per the cancellation policy of that hotel / service provider. This will be charged over and in addition to the cancellation policy.
Refund
Refund process takes 7 to 15 Days. Customer will bear the charges.
No refund will be made for any unused services or other arrangements due to any changes in schedule made by passenger while traveling. However, in certain cases, the refund will be considered as per the policy of the carrier/ hotel/ tour company / or other suppliers used for providing services. Refund request must be made within 2 weeks of the completion of the trip. Due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator if any additional services are needed by the client, passenger will be responsible for his own hotels/lodge/meals and other expenses. Neither Indus Trips nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses. Under no circumstances we should be held responsible for weather conditions.
Force Majeure Conditions
In case of cancellation/delay due to force Majeure conditions, the terms and conditions relation to cancellation charges will not apply and the agency will not pay any refund.
Responsibility, Liability and Extra Cost
All tour packages are sold under the business management of Indus Trips and they are in no way to be considered as the principal or operator of the subject services. The right is reserved to cancel or alter any package as conditions require. Neither Indus Trips nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accident, illness, bad weather, strikes / riots, road block etc. Under no circumstances we should be held responsible for such unforeseen conditions. The rates are current at the time of printing and subject to change without notice. Indus Trips is not responsible for any expenses due to delays or cancellation of transportation in these packages.
Governing Law
This conditions and each term shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

This Privacy (“Policy”) applies to securing and processing of personal data by Indus Trips in connection with personal data provided by any person (“User”) who has purchased or intends to purchase or inquiries about any product(s) or service(s) made by Indus Trips through any of Indus Trips’s interface channels including website, mobile site and mobile app (collectively referred herein as“ Sales Channels”).

The other information that we collect
- Analytics: Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Facebook Ads conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Intent Media.

How do we collect Personal Data?

Social and professional networking sites: If you register or login to our websites using social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, or Twitter) to authenticate your identity and connect your social media login information with us, we will collect information or content needed for the registration or login that you permitted your social media provider to share with us.
