Detailed Tour Plan
DAY 01: ARRIVE DELHI
You will arrive at Delhi’s International Airport.
Following customs, immigration formalities and baggage collection, our representative will meet you as you exit the Arrival terminal building after which you would be transferred to your hotel. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.
DAY 02: DELHI
Breakfast at hotel. Morning visit Old Delhi – Jama Masjid, Red Fort (outside) and Rajghat.
Afternoon visit New Delhi – Humayun Tomb, Qutub Minar and drive Past India Gate, Government building (ministry offices), Parliament House and President House.
Overnight at hotel.
DAY 03: DELHI- AGRA
Breakfast at hotel. Morning drive to Agra. Upon arrival, check in at hotel. Afternoon visit Taj Mahal (closed on Friday) & Agra fort.
Morning visit Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (closed on Friday’s) followed by visit to Mother Teresa’s charity home.
After lunch visit Agra Fort, an outstanding example of Mughal architecture. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 04: AGRA – JAIPUR
Breakfast and lunch at hotel. Afternoon leave by surface for Jaipur, city is also known as Pink City.

DAY 05: JAIPUR
Breakfast at hotel. Morning excursion to Amber Fort with a photo stop at Palace of Winds (Hawa Mahal). Enjoy Elephant ride to climb the fort.
Afternoon visit City Palace, Jantar Mantar or Royal Astronomical Observatory.
Overnight at hotel.
DAY 06: JAIPUR – AHMEDABAD (MORNING FLIGHT)
In time transfer from Jaipur hotel to airport to board flight to Ahmedabad. Arrive Ahmedabad, check in at hotel & later visit Ahmedabad city.
Sightseeing tour of Ahmedabad includes visit to Gandhi Ashram, Jain Temples, Adalaj step-well – one of the finest example of architectural magnificence. Enjoy tea & snack break at Tea Stall, one of the unique social meeting joint of locals done in age-old graveyard that is nestled in the middle of 22 tombs.
In evening, visit the handicraft market of Law Garden. Enjoy the traditional and authentic Gujarati food dinner. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 07: AHMEDABAD – DASADA/ BAJANA (110KMS)
Morning half day sightseeing tour of Ahmedabad starts with the Heritage walk visiting Swaminarayan Temple and old city settlements.
Visit Jumma Masjid, a Friday mosque that dates back to 1423 A.D. one of the best combination of Muslim & Hindu architectural style.
Also visit Calico Textiles Museum. The Calico Museum of Textile, 130 years old is regarded as one among the foremost textile museums in the world and an important Indian institution.
Its outstanding collection of Indian fabrics exemplifies handicraft textiles spanning five centuries. Later we drive to Bajana (Little Rann Of Kutch). Overnight at hotel.
DAY 08: DASADA / BAJANA – BHUJ (280KMS 6HRS)
Morning safari into The Little Rann Of Kutch – The highlight of this sanctuary is the Asiatic Wild Ass or ‘Gudkhur’ that is endemic to the region & is one of the most endangered species in the world.
The Little Rann of Kutch is also a paradise for bird watchers. Later drive to Bhuj. Evening visit the Bazar and Aiana Mahal Museum – a unique example of an Indian palace built in the mid-eighteenth century with European influence.

DAY 09: BHUJ
Full day excursion to Banni Villages.
Amidst the deserts, lies the quaint little villages on the India border. Here you will come across master craft people exposing their traditional art form. Their ornaments, clothes, utensils, everything they use will make you feel that you are in lifestyle museum, leaving you spellbound.
Return to Bhuj for an overnight stay.
DAY 10: BHUJ –GONDAL (240KMS)
Drive to Gondal en-route visiting Bhujodi to meet the weavers of the community Vankar, also discover the nearby towns of Harijan and Dhamadka.
Bhujodi is a small town just 8 km southeast of Bhuj. It is a major textile center of Kutch, majority of its inhabitants are involved in textile handicraft production. Here you can meet weavers, tie-dye artists and block printers. Dhamadka is a major center of the traditional block-printing technique of Gujarat.
The important historical places in Gondal are The Riverside Palace & The Huzoor Palace which is also the residence of the current royal family. It is known as the Orchard Palace because of its huge surroundings of fruit orchards, lawns and gardens.

DAY 11: GONDAL – PALITANA (180KMS) –BHAVNAGAR (52KMS)
Drive to Bhavnagar, en-route visiting Palitana.
Palitana is little more than a gateway to Shetrunjaya, strew with 863 temples. The temples were built over a period of 900 years on a hilltop dedicated entirely to God and belong to Jain community.
Overnight at hotel.
DAY 12: BHAVNAGAR – LOTHAL – AHMEDABAD–DELHI (FLIGHT)
Drive to Ahmedabad en-route visiting Lothal.
Lothal – a perfect place to get an insight of the Indus Valley civilization. The most dominating site at Lothal is the massive dockyard spanning an area of 37 meters by 22 meters perhaps the greatest work of Maritime Architecture.
Lothal was also famous for its arterial streets, microbes of gold, ivory and coppersmith’s workshops, potteries and underground sanitary drainage.
Note: Museum of Lothal remains closed on Fridays.
Transfer to airport to board evening flight from Ahmedabad airport to Delhi. Arrive Delhi, meeting & assistance and transfer to hotel/ straight transfer to airport to board onward flight.
